Receptionist

The receptionist welcomes guests, accepts payments and assists clients with problem solving.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet and register the guests. Process customer payments according to

established policies and procedure;

- Handle confidential information, including guest records, with a high degree of integrity;

- Answer and route calls as appropriate

- Ensure reception and common area is clean;

- Answers guests' questions

- Resolve minor guest complaints to the satisfaction of the customer; inform the supervisor of major problems, complaints, disturbances or unhappy guests. 

- Complete daily paperwork

- Balance cash bag at open and closing of each shift;

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Verbal Armenian, Russian and English languages;
